Management consulting for small businesses: The vision of the future

More than 95% of businesses are classified as small to medium sized companies. These groups of companies have the highest rate of business failure, probably due to lack of appropriate resources to take them to the next level.

Large corporations on the other hand can afford to augment their resources by using management consultants to help them keep ahead of innovation and develop new strategies.

Management consultants can cost between £2000 to £5000 a day. Most small businesses cannot afford the services of such experts. This is a shame as consultants can help small businesses to strategize and provide the much needed specialist support.

My experience of working at Hewlett Packard as a consultant provided me with the appreciation of how consultants can create momentums and bridge the resource gap.

The need to support SME’s, especially those with 5 or more employees has been a source of concern for many years. How can this group increase revenue, reduce costs and invariably increase profit without the need to tie themselves to long contractual obligations and expense?. This has led me to join forces with Quantum Leap Business advisors. They have a programme that allows consultants to work with the owners to gradually implement small incremental changes over a period of 3 months with around 90 minutes of coaching per week.

This must be one of the most affordable, yet important breakthrough that can make a difference to profitability improvement for SME’s.

Use consultants to bring fresh ideas or even to help energise and focus your attention on the right things. The best athletes have coaches and mentors for a reason, they need people who can help them become better.

Please if you know any SME that may be interested in such a project can you inbox me for a free consultation and discussion of the idea to help their business to get the best ideas for the new year. This programme is only available for a short period of time and for limited number of businesses.

Wishing you the best of luck in the new year.
